Situated in the northern part of Taiwan, Keelung used to be called “Jilong”, which means hencoop. The name was later changed to Keelung which means "rich and prosperous land". The fabulous beauty of Keelung city and the innate hospitality of our people will make it a memorable and pleasant stay for all your delegates. You may wish to extend your stay in Keelung to experience the fine and exquisite cuisine near the temple and be sure to plan a trip to visit the emplacements, the tunnels, the beak head, the bay, the fishery harbor and the fishing market in Keelung. My colleagues on the Organizing Committee and I sincerely hope you enjoy the conference and our hospitality, and are looking forward to your attendance in June, 2016.
